On the day itself you often want the schedule on paper: for you at the facilitator’s table, for the team or on the wall. For that, GoodWorkshop opens its own print view without menus or controls. You print it from your browser – or save a PDF.

  1. Open a day of the workshop.
  2. Use the two checkboxes at the top right to decide what comes along:
    • Whole workshop – all days instead of only the open one.
    • With facilitation notes – your notes on the blocks.
  3. Click Print. The print view opens in a new tab.

There you print with your browser’s print command (Ctrl+P, or ⌘+P on a Mac).

without Whole workshop Only the open day.
with Whole workshop All days one after another, each starting on a new page. The first page shows the workshop title, the following ones the name or date of the respective day.

At the top are the title, the name and date of the day, and the start and end. Below that comes the schedule in three columns: Time, Title and description, Additional info.

For each block you’ll see:

  • the start time and duration – a 🔒 before the time indicates a fixed start time,
  • the format, if the block type has one,
  • the title and the block type,
  • Responsible, with the addition “external” for people who aren’t members of your workspace (see Responsible people),
  • the description,
  • in the Additional info column, selected further fields of the block, such as materials or room.

At the end it says when the day ends.

Sections appear as colored subheadings with start time and duration. For a breakout, two or three strands sit side by side as columns; from four strands on they follow one below the other, because four columns would no longer be readable on A4. If a breakout doesn’t fit on one page, it breaks between two strands, and each strand names its breakout.

Every member who may see the workshop can print it – with Read, Edit or as Owner (see Share with people). Guests with a share link can’t print.

Printing and exporting also work when your workspace is read-only or blocked over an unpaid invoice. Your content stays yours.
