GoodWorkshop Cloud

GoodWorkshop is available in two ways: you run it yourself on your own servers, or you use GoodWorkshop Cloud. The software is the same. The cloud takes operation, updates and backups off your hands – that’s the difference.

GoodWorkshop Cloud is sold exclusively to businesses, to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB). A contract with consumers is not possible. That’s why, when you register, you confirm that you’re ordering for your company and are entitled to represent it.

The cloud runs in the EU, operated by roleALPHA GmbH in Austria, with a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

How to install it yourself is described under Installation.

  • Billing. Under Administration → Billing, as an admin you see the plan, usage, payment method, invoices and vouchers.
  • Discover. A curated collection of ready-made workshop designs and building blocks that you adopt into your workshops in one step.
  • Support. In the account menu, Support opens a form that creates a ticket directly with us.

Everything else – library, agenda, sharing, printing, export and the AI connection – works the same in both editions.

  1. Register. You create a workspace and try it free for 14 days. → Sign-up and trial
  2. Add a payment method. Before the trial ends, so you can keep working without a break. → Pricing and billing
  3. Monthly billing. Billing happens at the end of the month, and the invoice is under Billing. → Invoices
  4. Redeem a voucher, if you have one. → Vouchers

If your workspace isn’t simply active, a notice appears below the header, for example “Trial: 5 days left.” or that the workspace is read-only. Everyone in the workspace sees it; admins find the Go to billing link next to it. What the individual states mean is described under Pricing and billing.

Announced price or contract changes appear there too, with the date from which they apply.
